Soni, from Read The Map, answered my Yelp request for the repair of a concrete step. He came over the same day to give me an estimate. Initially, the estimate was too high for me, but he got in touch later with another offer that was within my budget and we scheduled his return in two days. He did a great job repairing the step and patching a spot on my porch and he also pressure washed the porch, the steps and walkway. I liked Soni and the work he did and I would definitely call him again if I need any concrete work done.
I was told by the city that I was responsible for replacing/repairing my front sidewalk due to tree roots. I engaged with many contractors who were flaky, shady, and gave no confidence that I would pass the final city inspection. RTM entered the picture just as I was about to give up. They were a life-saver! They expertly handled all of the permitting with the city and we’re so knowledgeable about the entire process. They were efficient, quick, and their price was more than fair. The work they did was excellent and I’ve gotten many compliments about how good it looks. I would recommend them to anyone and will happily and enthusiastically hire them again if any needs arise in the future.
Read The Map replaced our concrete driveway and steps. Very happy with the work they did. They were quick to the start the job, and the entire project took only a couple days. They worked long days to get the concrete poured before forecasted rain began. They were careful to avoid landscaping and did a thorough clean-up. The driveway looks great and competitive bid to boot. I highly recommend RTM and would use them again for future projects.
The contractors were prompt, clean, neat, skilled and easy to work with. We have already asked if we could hire them back.
